Standard delivery via Australia Post

Our standard service delivers your item within 5-7 working days within Australia. Delivery times depend on delivery method used and location. 

When will my product be shipped?

We aim to ship orders within 24-48 hours of purchase. However, we are not open on Sunday and Monday - All orders placed from Saturday to Monday will be posted on the following Tuesday or Wednesday. In some cases it may take longer due to the fact that we may have to order the product in. An email will be sent to the customer if orders get delayed due to stock issues. 

Due to Covid-19 delivery times may be affected, we will process the item as quickly as possible from our end. Please remember that Aus post are experiencing significant delays at this time and it can take up to 14 days to process all parcels for delivery.

How much will my parcel cost to deliver?

Size, weight and the distance & method your parcel has to travel will all determine how much your item costs. Shipping totals will be calculated upon checkout.

What delivery method do you use?

We use Australia post for express or regular deliveries. If you want to organise a courier to collect your item we are happy to package your items for collection. You can place your order online with the option of "Click and Collect" and we will pack your order for you to collect in store. My parcel has not arrived?

On rare occasions delivery can be delayed due to natural disasters. If your parcel has not arrived within 5-7 working days, please contact our sales staff on 02 9832 7406 or sales@elitesportsaus.com.au with your order number for up to date information.

I need to Return and exchange a product which I ordered incorrectly?

Please note that the product needs to be in its original packaging with no signs of use and tags attached in order for a exchange/refund. Return shipping will need to be covered by the customer for incorrectly ordered items.

Return and Refund?

Please note that the product needs to be in its original packaging with no signs of use and with tags attached in order for a refund.

Pack and send your item to "Elite Sports Aus" 3 Orcam Lane, Rooty Hill, NSW 2766 with your order number clearly marked on the box for a refund. Refunds are generally processed within 1-2 business days minus the shipping from your original order.

How long do I have for an exchange/refund?

We recommend you contact our store within a 14 day period of purchasing your order for any change of mind returns or exchanges. 

Our store has a 30 day refund policy in place from the date of purchase, for any refunds on products purchased, we ask that all items are in the condition they were purchased in for a refund to be completed. NO TAGS ATTACHED = NO REFUND/EXCHANGE.

Faulty Items - 

All items are quality controlled and checked before being sold or sent out to our customers, If in the event your item arrives faulty we ask that you contact us within 14 Days of the items arrival. 

If your item you have purchased becomes faulty after use we ask that you contact our store IMMEDIATLEY to come to a resolution of the item. 

Please note our policy on faulty items is as below: 

All faulty items much be returned in store/pictures of said product to our email address. We then contact the supplier of the faulty product to see what they can do moving forward. Once the supplier of the product comes to a resolution we will then contact you regarding steps moving forward.

Christmas Shipping Times

Last shipping dates for Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney to ensure delivery: Tuesday 22nd of December. Last trading day before Christmas is Thursday 24 December 2020.
